THE VIEW (Shorts)
Eight short animations that inhabit curious, haunting and surreal worlds.
1. NABU (Dir: Joanna Rusinek) - Nabu embarks on a journey, clutching her brother?s toy close to her heart.
2. SEQUENCIAL (Dir: Bruno Caetano) - A story of learning and finding a path to inspiration.
3. SNOW BEAR (Dir: Aaron Blaise) - When a lonely polar bear can?t find a friend? he makes one.
4. AMEN (Dir: Orphée Coutier, Bettina Demarty, Kimie Maingonnat, Lauréne Perego, Louise Poulain & Avril Zundel) - A group of pigs are raised peacefully in a monastery when, one day, they find out the truth!
5. FOREVER (Dir: Théo Djekou, Pierre Ferrari, Cyrine Jouini, Pauline Philippart & Anissa Terrier) - While golfers play on the other side of the fence, peaceful garden gnomes find themselves attacked by stray golf balls.
6. RAAF (Dir: Jeroen Ceulebrouck) - Troubled Marko desperately tries to shake off his past!
7. BRIGHT (Dir: Caterina de Marchis Oñate & Ana Tirado Sáez-Bravo) - Consumed by desire, a candle blurs the boundaries between love and obsession.
8. THE VIEW (Dir: Alli Sadegiani) - An exploration of our fragile journey through the space time continuum.

With a large main room and the green room, The Black Box is housed in a Grade II listed building on Hill Street in the Historical Cathedral Quarter of Belfast, originally constructed c. 1850 and converted into its current usage as an arts venue in 2006.
