From the ashes of naughties Skangsters 2Tonic, New Tonic are a new take on the band with 3 original and 3 new band members.
The New Tonic sound is born from all types of influences from the beat and trojan bands of the late 60s and early 70s, right through to the punk explosion and the new wave aftermath of 2Tone/White Reggae/Dub Bands and latterly Britpop. All whilst always adding their own melodic catchy twists.
The band is intent on freshening up the scene and has already performed at the IOW Festival, The Cavern Club, Liverpool, The Dublin Castle, Camden. New Tonic have also played alongside Lynval Golding and The Specials Family at Specialized UK and have also performed at many other well-known music venues. The band are already making a name for themselves with their electric, energetic live performances as a must-see band.
