Picky New Promotions are proud to present the farewell show for seminal locals SAFEST SPACES on Sunday, Dec 14.
Safest Spaces is an alternative emo band from Milton Keynes, comprising Dru, Jake, Dan, and Owain. Known for their raw, energetic performances, they draw inspiration from seminal acts such as Jawbreaker, Cap'n Jazz, and Nai Harvest. Since forming, they?ve somehow blagged playing with bands like Prince Daddy and The Hyena, Modern Colour, and Crywank.
?We probably know everyone that listens to us by name and that makes us happy! We hope you like music inspired by bands like Jawbreaker, Cap'n Jazz, and Nai Harvest, with songs about not killing yourself.?
As all good things must come to an end, this performance marks their farewell show, a final celebration of the community they've cultivated and the impact they've made.
Supporting are infamous Northamptonians BLOOD VISIONS, Stafford?s JAMES LEESE, and Nottingham-based CALLUM KERRIGAN.
Tickets are ?10 in advance, plus non-members of The Lab are required to pay ?1 OTD.
14+ (under 16s must be accompanied by an adult). Doors 7:30 pm.
THE LAB is a Community led members club with a big heart and a passion for entertainment. This independent venue treasured by its people operates as a Co-operative, by music lovers with a DIY community spirit, providing a rolling programme of events that is sure to get you dancing, thinking, laughing and singing!
THE LAB is a members club which means for licensing purposes at the very least our customers need to be signed up as members and signed in to events. Otherwise we may as well shut up shop and go home…
