Since their headline show at 93 Feet East in summer of 2025 Henry King & The Armoury have continued to share their energy to Brixton Jamm, The Troubadour and three consecutive performances at Glastonbury 2025. The group have built a reputation for turning every room into a dance floor, delivering a high-energy show of all-original music rooted in the vibrant sounds of the ’70s and ’80s dance scene. They have dedicated their performances to creating a space for people to be free themselves, to dress how they want, dance how they want and now with their monthly Residency at 93 Feet East brick Lane has a safe space to return to where they will be guaranteed a place to let go.
The Glastonbury 2025 Press newspaper captured it best, praising that King “moves more than a fleet of Pickford trucks” and describing the stage as “blowing up due to their live set of modern disco music.” Blending classic disco with touches of soul and electronic music, King and his band create a sound that feels both nostalgic and new.
