Ever wondered what being an opera singer is like? Probably not, but come along anyway!
Join boogie-woogie pianist Mark Hoare and opera singer and comedy writer Lucy Mellors for their unique blend of magical opera and hilarious anecdotes about life in the arts... perhaps opera isn't quite as glamorous as it seems! Expect big-belly laughs, some opera hits and some touching moments as Lucy and Mark take you through the music that means the most to them.
Bring some friends and share a bottle and some laughs, in this cabaret-style seated event. A welcome drink is included as part of your ticket.
Tickets are available theatre style (in rows) or cabaret style (tables of four). Take your pick from the options below.
Renovated in 2005, Alton Maltings has been designed to accommodate a multitude of events from birthday parties and wedding receptions to business conferences and board meetings.
