Nottingham's most intimate live music venue, and longest standing privately run bar.

Foremans is in Nottingham City Council's Old Market Square Conservation Area and has an entry on Nottingham Civic Society's Draft Local Heritage List (09 December 2013). Formerly North Street, Forman Street was probably named after the Forman family, proprietors of the Nottingham Evening Post based opposite Foremans until the 1990s. This may have inspired the pub name.
