The interior of Dunelm House features an internal "street" of straight staircases connecting its multiple levels, creating a sense of dynamic flow. Exposed concrete surfaces provide a raw, honest texture, while large panoramic windows frame views of the River Wear gorge, allowing natural light to flood the spaces and connect the indoors with the dramatic external landscape.
