The space is renowned for its superb, warm, and resonant acoustics, which enhance everything from solo recitals to full choral works. Stained glass by C. E. Kempe casts intricate patterns of light, contributing to the contemplative environment, while comfortable seating replaced traditional pews, and underfloor heating ensured a pleasant temperature for attendees.
