It is more than just a park; it's a nationally recognised outdoor events venue, managed by a registered charity, Southport Flower Show, ensuring its continued contribution to the local economy and community well-being.

Within its 34 enclosed acres, the park offers a dynamic yet serene atmosphere. On a crisp morning, the air carries the scent of damp earth and distant sea, while the wide, tarmac pathways invite leisurely strolls or brisk activity. The expansive lawns, punctuated by mature trees, provide a sense of openness, contrasting with the vibrant energy that fills the space during its many public gatherings.
