Small intimate theatre run by volunteers featuring a variety of performances throughout the year.

The Conquest Theatre has an open plan foyer with coffee and licensed bars. With every performance light refreshments can be purchased along with sweets, chocolate, crisps and ice creams.

The Conquest Theatre has been designed to accept wheelchairs. Three wheelchair spaces are available in the theatre, for which booking is essential. An Induction Loop System is fitted to aid the hard of hearing and the theatre has full disabled facilities for access and toilets. There is a ramp from the carpark into the theatre.

The auditorium seats 153 people including wheelchair spaces. It has a gentle slope with a pitch of 1:11 giving clear views from all areas. Rows are also staggered. There is one block of seats with two gangways, and the rear row is only 33 feet from the front of the stage.

The Conquest Theatre is situated adjacent to the town's main car park which offers free parking after 6pm. There are also coach spaces available.
