Touched by legend on exquisite Gower, South Wales, The King Arthuris a delightful Wedding Venue, Hotel, and Traditional Country Inn.

With its log fires and cosy restaurant, it has a relaxed and friendly old pub atmosphere. The King Arthur is found nestling under Cefn Bryn, the highest point on Gower Peninsula. On a clear day, you can not only see the coastline, but over the Bristol Channel and North towards the Brecon Beacons and West to Carmarthenshire. The King Arthur Hotel is family run and consists of two bars, a restaurant, eighteen ensuite hotel rooms, a small barn conversion cottage, four self catering cottages, and our breath taking Gower wedding venue, banqueting hall Avalon.

Like the most warm and atmospheric pubs, our pub consists of a main bar with its original stone work, reclaimed timbers and open log fires in the winter. The Gower Room, our family room is a nautical themed room displaying local maps, original artifacts and photographs of Gower’s nautical history.

Finally a cosy traditionally decorated restaurant where we also serve Sunday lunch. We serve a selection of up to five cask conditioned ales including Felinfoel, the national ale of Wales. We also serve Welsh Whiskey, Vodka, Gin, a selection of Welsh liqueurs and Welsh mineral water.
