Luko and Billington have comprehensive backgrounds in music and production. A history with renowned acts The Bond, The Burn, Some Now Are, and most recently The Bond Now Are, he has brought years of expertise to the table including his experience playing in support of Oasis, Paul Weller, The Coral, Puressence, I Am Kloot and The Music. Furthermore in 2007 Luko was responsible for the management and release of Malastrugança, an independently released album through The Celestial Engine Recordings. On engineering and production duties were Luko's long time university friends Manos Sarantidis, and Davis Sousa. Additionally on production was Paddy Steer. This album functioned as a launch pad for artists such as Josephine Oniyama, Sam Hammond (Swiss Lips), Culann Keys, Ed Cottam, Snaf Ballinger and Paddy Steer's Homelife. Sarantidis and Sousa are reprising their production roles again for Propori.

Luko has functioned as events manager with Jose Miguel Puigserver, Jose Domingo and Jordi Herrera Pujol of Mallorca and Girona of Catalunya (The Marzipan Man, Satellites, El Prehome Defenit, Mundo) for the Germandat project in conjunction with the Instituto Cervantes.

Matthew Billington began his musical journey in 2006, fronting and writing for a number of Lancashire based rock bands including The Wheeljacks and The Silvertones. His influences range from the Seattle grunge and Britpop scenes of the 90's through to the ambient soundscapes of Brian Eno and Boards of Canada.

Billington graduated from the University of Central Lancashire with a degree in music production in 2016. He has a background in audio-visual installations, songwriting, Foley sound, and has received an official accreditation from both Avid Audio and specialist audio trust The Gus Dudgeon Foundation for his work at the University of Central Lancashire and Leeds Beckett University. Previously he has performed live on a selection of radio stations including BBC Radio Lancashire, and has received prior airplay on XFM Manchester.
