One Mark and a Frank are a secret co-operative of Welsh musicians who are swimming against the tide of the tepid nothingness of the mainstream music scene.

Many years ago seen crawling out of the swamps of darkest Pontypool residents told tales of the limp body of a great creature slumped at the park gates. Over time it came to represent the subversion of sound and beliefs that are One Mark and a Frank.
