New songs celebrating lives that have been lived, in and around the stunning Tamar Valley in the east of Cornwall.
Resident musician Ronnie Cox and poet Barrie Kelly have collaborated on this varied and highly original album to create stories and characters from the present and the past, from Bodmin Moor's Brown Willy to Calstock’s own Lily of the West, from sad tales of the long decline of Cornish mining to beautiful Spring days in the Valley.

With the help of fellow musicians Helen Schilling (vocals, keys), Stephen Wallace (percussion, organ) and Mike Barnshaw (pedal steel) Ronnie has shaped the music accordingly to suit each song, using elements of folk, bluegrass, rock, blues and vaudeville resulting in a hugely enjoyable listening experience.
