Fynnius Fogg are four guys from Bedford who started their band in the late 60's playing Pop and Rock numbers.
Their popularity grew as they travelled the county and were signed to Pye records in the early 70's
They finally finished playing in 1978 when other career opertunities called.
After a reunion party in 1991 they decided to reform with the original band members but decided not to take any fees for gigs and just raise as much money for various charities as they could.
To date they have raised nearly half a million pounds

The Embankment and Mill Meadows are frequently referred to as the Jewel in Bedford's Crown. The river was artificially widened by the Victorians and spanned by the ornate Suspension Bridge, opened in 1888. They created an inland promenade along which modern Bedfordians and visitors alike still love to amble, taking in the riverside views and the dazzling bedding displays of the Embankment Gardens.
