Born and raised in Milton Keynes before moving to Birmingham, David Fisher has been travelling the world for the last 3 years on a busking tour, taking in nearly 50 countries across 3 continents, including every country in the EU. This culminated in moving to Armenia to join a Celtic folk band called The Windrose, with whom he played a number of concerts before moving back to Britain to promote his new album. Check here for information about his album and accompanying book about his travelling experiences, both entitled 'Busking Beyond Borders'.
His first album, 'Fire in the Sky', produced by the Grammy-nominated Michael Henry, was released in June 2017. The album received airtime on on BBC WM radio among others.
He has previously provided opening entertainment before 10cc and Status Quo at the LG Arena (formerly NEC) and made his name on the West Midlands music scene, playing gigs at venues including the Town Hall and the Jools Holland-owned Jamhouse.
David's busking has led to him being featured in the Guardian, BBC News and Indian national television.
