This Gig is in the past, if you were there leave a review below
A metal band from the forgotten region of the Humber, bringing an authentic honesty to an industry that all too often overlooks quality in favour of a quick buck and broken dreams.
Not a band to follow the rage, but not without their influences, "We'll write a gospel album if we feel like it."
Influences of the riff lords such as Metallica, Crowbar, The Haunted, Clutch and Machine Head, and the country gods such as Johnny Cash and Hank Williams have secured XIII gigs around their home country, playing with the new breed of metal giants.
"We write for ourselves, its the only thing we know how to do" states the trio with an upfront tenacity which recalls the bands northern upbringing. "We've played cellars, fields, working men’s pubs and back gardens. “We'll play anywhere, and have done since we first started. We don’t just stare at our feet on stage either."
XIII – Unleashing the riffs since 2007
Large capacity live entertainment venue, home to live original, tribute and covers bands, burlesque, boxing, stand-up comedy and indoor market & festival events.
Also available for private functions/hire, live music rehearsals, photo & video shoots, meetings and more.
Accessibility information - O’Rileys lives in an old building so unfortunately we do have some accessibility issues, the main entrance to the venue has 4 steps up to enter and inside the venue there are 4 steps down to the main performance area (toilets are on this level and we do have some more accessible toilets that are not available to the general public but if you need to use these just ask a member of staff). We do have a ramp to aid access to people in wheelchairs, just drop us a message on facebook to let us know you will need to use it and we can arrange a member of staff to assist. Entrance using the ramp is via the rear of the venue and avoids the internal steps.
We have plenty of seats available if you require them and if you need any other assistance just ask a member of staff and we will do our best to help and make your visit as comfortable & enjoyable as possible.
