The 58's are a classic Blues band which herald from Birmingham, UK. They play their own versions of classic blues tracks in their own individual way. Their set is built around, and inspired by, many of the great blues artists both past and present.
The Boldmere Tap is our flagship Tap House in the region, the first to bear the Birmingham postcode, having been purchased in 2014 and opened in the December.
Joule’s team of dedicated craftsmen have carefully restored the Boldmere Tap to encapsulate everything that is great about the English pub. Coupling freshly cooked favourites with a high quality bar offering, we aim to deliver the magic that can be seen throughout the rest of their tap estate across Shropshire, Staffordshire and Cheshire.
Bringing a taste of Shropshire into Birmingham, The Boldmere Tap showcases Joule’s renowned range of fine ales, including Joule’s Pale Ale, Blonde and Slumbering Monk as well as the seasonal ale collection and our latest craft lager, Green Monkey.
This flagship Tap will also carry a Joule’s twist, an ‘Old Curiosity Shop’ theme - the Tap House has on display an interesting and historic collection of old beer bottles and memorabilia.
The Boldmere Tap is now open with food being served daily, including Roasts on Sundays.
