Brass Band
We are a First Section contesting band and also perform at many concerts and events in and around the local area of Drybrook and Mitcheldean.
The band rehearses twice a week at our own purpose-built Band Room in Drybrook. If you fancy a blow, please drop in and join us.
Thursdays, 8.00pm - 10.00pm
Sundays, 7.00pm - 9.00pm
The Miners Welfare Hall is a large hall that was purpose built in 1929 to....
'provide facilities for the inhabitants of the town of Cinderford without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, for recreation or other leisure-time occupation in the interests of social welfare with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants'.
......and it still does.
Join us for a relaxed evening of high quality brass music for all the family. Proceeds will be shared with Cancer Research UK Relay For Life. Tickets available on the door.
Doors open at 7pm and the bar will be open all evening!
