Brass Band
Founded in 1974, Olney Brass (formerly Stantonbury Brass) Senior Band is an active concert and contesting band currently in the 2nd Section.
In addition to the Senior Band, we have an Open Band which meets term-time only and open to all ages and abilities. The Open Band focuses on players that do not wish to contest but are happy to perform at the occasional concert. In addition, we also offer Beginner Lessons to all ages.
Parson's Close Recreation Ground serves as a pivotal green space within Leighton Buzzard, a central fixture for community life. Positioned conveniently near the bustling market, it provides an expansive, accessible urban reprieve, drawing local residents for daily leisure and larger gatherings alike. Its designation as a key public amenity underscores its importance to the town's social fabric.
