Future Kings are a 4-piece indie/alternative-rock band from Gloucestershire. With a unique sound that draws on elements from artists such as Foals, Arctic Monkeys, Black Keys, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Bloc Party the band combines a focus on powerful vocals and infectious melodies, with coruscating guitar riffs and high-energy live performances.

Visit award-winning Café René for traditional pub food and live music from bands and individual acts. Based in Gloucester, Gloucestershire, our bar restaurant is a venue where you are entertained all night long. Featured reputable house music acts, our underground cellar bar is open on Fridays and Saturdays and we also hold events from poetry nights and zombie walks to festivals. You are even able to rent out our cellar bar for a party that you’ll never forget. Established in April 2003, our aim is to provide fantastic entertainment in a place that you can feel relaxed in.
