Hailing from Newcastle, Antony Vacher is making a strong name for himself being known for his impassioned vocals and energetic stage presence. Selling out shows across the country on his March tour, he comes to Berwick for the first time for a stripped back set ahead of the release of his upcoming EP 'Safe'.
The maturity and intelligence of this young musicians writing and performances make it clear why Josh has quickly become a favourite amongst local fans.
Impassioned songbird vocals, delicate guitar picking and emotive lyrics create the backbone of this songstress' touching folk style. Emily Lerpiniere comes to The Barrels for the first time with a soothing sound that is all her own.
Original 'Olde Curiousity Shop' ambience experienced on arrival. Backed by excellent real ale that no doubt helps the customers to brave the 'dentist's chair' at side of the bar! Located in old part of Berwick next to original road bridge over the Tweed. Downstairs bar used by DJ's and bands at weekends. Winner of CAMRA pub of the year awards. Unique rear open drinking area surrounded by very high walls.
