The Gardeners Rest

Sheffield, South Yorkshire

This Gig is in the past, if you were there leave a review below

A 6 piece folk outfit with crazy covers of classic pop, rock, and punk hits! Get ready to feel nostalgic, neck a pint and dance a jig all at the same with these bow fiddling, harmonica blowing, bass slapping, string snapping, wood smashing, and harmony lashing layabouts from Springvale Road. And remember; If it ain't folk, don't risk it.

Tom Williams - Guitar / Vocals
Jack Robertson - Guitar / Vocals
Francis Rooney - Violin
Ben Price - Concertina
Tommy Sarosi - Bass guitar
Stephen Geller - Cajon

The Gardeners Rest

Venue Type

The Gardeners Rest is a community run pub in Neepsend, Sheffield. We pride ourselves on the high quality of our beer selection and the regular arts and musical events held in the pub. We’re also proud that we, the customers, own and run the pub as a community project. So not only do we have a great pub to drink in, we also undertake charitable work with vulnerable adults and people with learning difficulties, by providing employment opportunities and meeting space. As we’re fond of saying: we’re more than a pub, we’re a community hub.
