Live Performance
Folk-Pop / Country-Pop
Jessica Pruneau is a rising French Canadian country-folk singer-songwriter. Born and raised in Quebec (Canada), she has travelled around the world and is currently based out of London (UK).
Her North American country roots and her international journeys have shaped her unique and fresh folk-traveller style. On stage, she has a natural and very personal way to introduce and perform her songs with her unique sensitivity, sincerity and humour.
Her well-received debut EP 'Love's on Track' was released in September 2016 and her first French radio single ‘Où tu veux’ debuted on French Canadian charts. She was on the Blind Auditions of The Voice (Quebec) in 2015 and has performed in Australia, England, Spain, Mexico and the United States as well as in several music festivals in Quebec. The young artist recently performed at the notorious Capitole de Québec theatre in Québec City and supported Nashville country star Robby Johnson during his Quebec tour in December 2016.

Sundays we’ve got “The Cure” – free blues gigs, plus whopping Sunday Roasts, board games and Bloody Marys.
But it’s not all party party…weekdays in the Magic Garden involve cosy cappucinos and newspapers in the garden, a delicious and reasonably priced lunch menu, and vintage armchairs in which you can work away with our free WIFI. Wednesday and Thursday evenings we put on free gigs, showcasing local and international artists. Jazz, blues and world music are just some of eclectic mix that you’ll find here! This is my ‼️‼️LAST GIG IN LONDON ‼️‼️ before I head back to Canada and probably the MOST FUN for me as I will be representing my home country/province for the Quebec National Day in London on June 23rd at The Magic Garden in Battersea. Nice big deal! :)
I'll be playing 100% French Canadian music, so super different from my usual stuff, in acoustic duo with my good friend Martin Aubin from back home!
