The Irie Vibes band is one of the freshest sounds to appear on the european Reggae scene in recent years,

The band started playing in 2008 backing GT Moore, a veteran reggae artist from the UK, playing a series of gigs around Belgium and Holland and recording an album 'Sunshine' at the Green Tongue Studio in 2009.

During the last few years they have developed their skills as a backing band with the support of Jah Rej from the Jah Works label (UK), growing, both in size and experience!.

In 2011 the Irie Vibes Band teamed up with singer I Man T a talented singer / songwriter from Bruges who had learned his trade as MC for the popular 'Rootsman Dirky' Sound system. The result of this union was a set of fresh original Roots Reggae that has had audiences rocking at live shows over the last couple of years.

The band grew out of 'Greenforward', (the organisation responsible for the annual 'Irie Vibes Roots Festival'), and is a vibrant mix of colors and cultures that reflect the Rasta philosophy of 'One Love' for all people.

2018's theme was 'Cosmic' Out of this world.

5 covered venues and an outdoor stage.

Obviously, you can expect a Love Summer Vibe to it 😉, you know how we do things by now! Maybe a “chill out lounge” in the evening with some nice food and a decent breakfast\coffee… don’t forget the coffee!!

One of the great things about our site is you are 10 minutes walk from Tesco and the Bus Stop for The City, but you’re still camped in the Countryside!

FAMILY FRIENDLY, DOG FRIENDLY, WE EVEN HAVE PROPER FLUSHING LOOS!
In 2017 we upped our Numbers and our Production Quality. However in 2018 there will be NO INCREASE IN SIZE, but expect another HUGE jump in ENTERTAINMENT PROVISION. There will be a small increase in admission charge to cover this as we feel Value for Money in Festival Production should be met in all respects.
