He works closely with venues,creates posters for promotional purposes & maxmises the exposure of any events he is involved with on social media. He has good reviews from venues/audiences & he is consistently attaining repeat bookings with venues.

He has successfully performed in pubs,clubs, at weddings, christenings,funerals,birthday celebrations, festivals,business events,. He also offers a Live Streaming service capability, to enable venues to broadcast performances & events to social media. Experience too in creating, hosting & compèring musical events. If requested, background music can also be supplied for weddings/ family celebrations etc

Situated opposite the Abington Park entrance, we are the destination pub for the area. Come and listen to live bands in the park on Sundays and enjoy a relaxing drink at the same time!

The Abington is a great place to meet before heading into town, we’re just a ten minute walk away from the centre. We’re also directly behind the cricket club, perfect for after match drinks.

Lunchtimes and early evenings are a popular time – our food goes down well both from the Main Menu and our Specials Menu. We have lots of seating to eat inside or out in the Beer Garden during the summer months.

In addition to our Food and Drink options we screen Premiership Football and many other live sports on our big Screen and HD TVs so no need to miss any action.

We serve good traditional food. Our plates go out full and come back empty. Why? We have a great value Meal Deal that is both great quality and value. Our new menu offers two main meals from the classic selection for £12.00. We also have grills, salads, jacket potatoes, sandwiches or baguettes available.

If you wish to drink and dine Alfresco then the Abington is the place to be. With over 20 tables outside you can dine in the sun or drink in the shade. Five great umbrellas cover the large patio area, now improved with heaters. Wheel chair access is easy and available through our disabled entrance.

Dogs are now welcome inside the pub, as well as outside, in certain areas of the pub but they must be kept on a lead at all times and are not allowed on the furniture.
