Live Performance
Brass Band
Florence Brass is a friendly non-contesting brass band.
We are very privileged to have the support of Florence Colliery Sports and Social Club and we rehearse in their main Concert Room each Monday, 7.45pm – 9.45 pm.
The band is available for a number of local engagements each year in nearby Longton, Trentham, Stoke and Newcastle which include Park Bandstand jobs in the summer; Village Fetes, Carnivals; full indoor concerts; Christmas events and other Private Functions. We play a wide range of music including traditional brass band, classical, film themes, big band and more.
We always welcome new players both experienced and beginners. Uniforms are provided, and instruments where necessary.

Companion dog show with pedigree and novelty classes,
Children’s Sports,
WI Refreshments,
Trade Stands,
Dog Agility Races,
