Description

From his busking beginnings Hugh Kearns went on to hone his craft and cut his teeth on a diet of over 150 gigs a year as as a one man band on the Glasgow pub circuit. A colourful lyricist and expert in harmonica neck-brace playing, his songs have a distinctly Dylanesque flavour, with influences from the the likes of John Prine, Johnny Cash, Hank Williams and The Rolling Stones underpinning his own Scottish brand of country blues music.
