Description

The Nitecrawlers aim is to recreate the sheer enjoyment of the original rock and blues clubs of the 60’s and the reason they can do that is because they were there at the time.

Formed by members of the Soul Seekers, Wolverhampton’s first and original blues band “apart from Slade the Soul Seekers were probably the best group in the locality” they have performed alongside John Lee Hooker, Muddy Waters, Buddy Guy, Screamin’ Jay Hawkins, amongst many others, in clubs like Manchester’s Twisted Wheel, London’s Speakeasy, The Temple, and The Marquee, Le Metro, Henry’s Blues House and The Barrel Organ in Birmingham and Wolverhampton’s Blue Horizon club, The Catacombs and The Blue Flame.

The Nitecrawlers have dug deep into those experiences to produce their archetypical gritty sound of that time combining an authentic blues sound with a rock groove.
