we went to the Collingwood venue having never been to a show, at first we thought it was going to be a dead loss,as we were the first there ,but it very quickly filled up and before long the room was humming, it started of with a free lesson and it appeared every one in the room joined in, we had a half hour instruction ,we stood in a big circle everyone had a partner, and after a few practice steps we all changed to another partner, and so on, the only fault i found was thought the instructer should have had a mike, so we could have heard him when his back was to us ,i think also it would have helped if novices were partnerd with a experienced dancer for the lesson,it would also been jolly useful to have used the interval for a refresher on the steps all in all a "Bostin"night out and we look forward to the next one
