Lexie Green, although born in the UK, has family roots in the USA so it is no surprise that her music should reflect this trans Atlantic connection.

With songs dipping their toes in multiple genres, Lexie Green and her band of friends (The Indigo Blue) are as comfortable performing in a silenced theater of original music loving fans as they are to a full bustling bar on a Saturday night or a summers festival as the sun sets. Chosen by Bob Harris to perform on his BBC introducing stage at the first Long Road Festival and a favourite with venues, promoters and audiences for always bringing a smile and an audience to their dancing feet wherever the perform.

Lexie’s influences are described as Americana, Rock & Roll and Vintage Blues, but, whatever the genre you decide you hear, the songs are always performed with passion and a whole lot of soul.

Inside the pub is spacious and has an open plan layout, you are likely to find up to 12 real ales, a wide range of draught products and bottled conditioned beers, funky wines, cocktails and a large range of non-alcoholic drinks.

The Brewery Tap is well known locally for it's Thai cuisine freshly prepared and cooked by experienced Thai chefs. The layout of the pub enables customers to relax and watch their food being prepared in the kitchen, through a high level window, before being served to their table.

The menu consists of A La Carte, Snacks, Set Menus, and a choice of Buffets (build your own) to cater for all parties, no matter the size.

The Brewery Tap is one of the safest, and best late night venues in Peterborough. It continues to go from strength to strength but despite this, it is still at risk of being demolished due to the proposed re-development of the North Westgate area.
