Community-owned pub rescued from a housing conversion by a dedicated band of real ale lovers. Traditional two roomed pub with pool table, darts and outside patio. Live music at weekends. Features guest beers from a particular brewery for 2 months at a time. One beer from this brewery comes on every Friday afternoon until it is gone. Used to be home of the Barlick brewery located in a container outside the pub; however Barlick beers are now cuckoo brewed at Worsthorne. The pub is the only regular outlet for Barlick beers.
