This is music for the Soul.
Jazz infused Soul and RnB, co-written with French multi instrumentalist Luc Phan and performed alongside some of Manchester's finest Gentlemen.
Hive is a brand new bar opened on Sackville Street on the famous former site of Retro Bar.
The site is spread over two floors. First floor is our main bar which has a full food and cocktail menu, both were carefully crafted to suit everyone’s needs. Downstairs is our club, which is home to some of Manchester’s finest DJ’s and acts.
We are situated minutes from Canal Street, Manchester Piccadilly station, Manchester Oxford Road station and the universities.
The Open Mic at Retro is back again, but we have a special one for you. For 27th Feb I will be teaming up with the brilliant Melissa K (aka. Chicago) and we will be together bringing you a few booked acts, more acts and a late finish.
We will be starting at 8pm sharp. Everyone is welcome to play as usual, but as this is a special event, I would advice getting in touch with me before or arriving nice and early to avoid disappointment.
