The Band is registered as a fourth section band with the UK Brass Band Registry and celebrated its 150th anniversary in 2015.

New players of all ages and abiities are always welcome.

We are entirely self-supporting and income is earned from performing at a wide range of events including concerts, fêtes, beer festivals, parades and church services.

Description

Abington Park is Northampton's oldest and most popular park. It contains many fine features including Abington Park Museum, sports facilities, a cafe, flower displays, lakes, and a garden for the blind. Beneath the surface lies the archaeological remains of the old medieval village.
