Description

We are a First Section brass band based in
Rushden, Northamptonshire, England.
Due to be promoted to the Championship Section in January 2019.

We play at various events throughout the year including concerts, garden fetes, village shows and park bandstand appearances. We are members of the Leicestershire Brass Band Association and the British Federation of Brass Bands.

We rehearse on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 8pm-9.45pm at the Rushden Working Mens Club in Griffith St, Rushden NN10 0RL

Description

Abington Park is Northampton's oldest and most popular park. It contains many fine features including Abington Park Museum, sports facilities, a cafe, flower displays, lakes, and a garden for the blind. Beneath the surface lies the archaeological remains of the old medieval village.
