Description

Pardon us are a pop-punk band from Liverpool who formed in 2014. Some of their members have also played in Flamingo 50, the Down and Outs and Town Bike.

They can be seen on the bills of DIY gigs, festivals and all-dayers around the UK, and are often compared to Jawbreaker, J Church and Off With Their Heads.

Their self-titled first EP was released by London-based Everything Sucks records in 2017, and a full-length album is coming soon.

The Jacaranda Club Profile Pic

Description

Live Music / Open Mic / Vinyl Records / Late Night Bar / Jukebox / Classic Cocktails / World + Local Beers.

Originally owned by Allan Williams, The Jacaranda was the first home of the Beatles and has been an important part of the Liverpool music scene since 1958.

Reopened and Refurbished in November 2014, the Jacaranda has once again put itself at the epicentre of unsigned music of the city. With the famous open mics on every Thursday and and Sunday, there are live bands playing every Friday and Saturday from 8pm.

Upstairs is now home to Jacaranda records - a distinctly unique concept that combines vinyl, coffee and cake! With Vinyl record players sunk into the tables you can listen to a huge range of music whilst you enjoy our incredible range of cocktails and hot drinks selection.

Jacaranda Records is also home to a 1948 Voice-o-graph recording machine that records a track directly to vinyl! One of only two in the world open to the public, this is a very special and unique piece of history that we encourage everyone to record something on - be that a song, a message or your next EP!

This monthly event has quickly become a success on its home turf. It quickly developed a reputation for great value, high energy, and exciting new acts. In the interest of science, it only seemed right to test this formula further afield. And where better than Manchester, home to one of the most vibrant music scenes in the UK?

So here is the deal, each month Degenerate Productions finds five emerging artists and puts them on a line-up for you at a pound a piece. Five acts - Five Quid. The tried and tested way to find your next favourite artist before everyone else does.
