Description

The Beckenham Concert Band is a woodwind, brass and percussion ensemble, established in 1977, who perform regularly on request in the Beckenham area and further afield.

Many performances are for local charities as well as park and seaside bandstand events.

Description

A series of sheltered gardens along the cliff top promenade built during the late-19th-century. The gardens were designed by Joseph Cheal and Sons and include many decorative features including a bandstand, clock tower and Anglo-Indian style shelter.
