Description

Situated on the Exeter Ship Canal, you cannot beat the Double Locks for its location. Whether you’re after a family day out, celebrating a birthday, engagement, retirement, or just wanting a lazy summer's afternoon next to the water, the Double Locks is for you.

With events being held throughout the year including live music, Cider Festivals and our Annual Dog Show, the Double Locks has something for everyone to enjoy. Our staff are always here to assist and make your time with us a memorable experience, so why not let them help you to choose from our wide range of well-loved real ales.

Although the Double Locks is the perfect place to enjoy the Summer sun with our expansive beer garden, fully functioning outdoor marquee/bar and the delightful scenery, don’t forget us in the winter!! The two log fires and snug rooms within the pub make for a cosy hide-away from the Winter chill. Come and enjoy an evening meal in front of the fire, and remember the dogs are always welcome!
