Last Orders are a five piece Yorkshire band who have been playing Rock n Roll music in local pubs, bars and festivals for over seventeen years now.
The line up has changed gradually over the years but we’ve always loved playing American based rock and roll and country rock music.
Classic early tracks from iconic musicians such as Chuck Berry, Dave Edmunds, Creedence Clearwater Revival and the Rolling Stones to later tracks by Lynyrd Skynyrd, the Georgia Satellites and The Fabulous Thunderbirds form the basis of a Last Orders gig.
As time has passed a more country-rock influence has resulted in the band covering songs by John Hiatt, Delbert McLinton and Travis Tritt.
Set in the bustling historic market town of Knaresborough, The Cross Keys is a welcome haven for locals and visitors alike. Fine craftsmanship and attention to detail has resulted in a hostelry befitting its celebrated surroundings.
This refurbished as a traditional pub by Ossett brewery it is close to the Marketplace with a stone-flagged floor in front of the single bar and wood floors to the sides. Eight handpumps dispense five regular beers, one changing Rat brewery beer and two changing guests (one pale and one dark). Sunday lunches are available. There is live music every Saturday evening.
Whilst every effort goes into ensuring this gig listing is accurate and up to date, always check with the venue before you travel.
