Contemporary Funk & Soul
Soul-stretching vocals, intricate composition, pounding groove, kung fu conducting and a monstrous horn section... A shape-shifting soulfunk monster!
Glasgow's first underground club dedicated to jazz in the heart of the city!
A basement Jazz venue in the heart of the city, the Blue Arrow is decorated with deeply coloured Timorous Beasties wallpaper, wood panelling and red theatre lights washing the brick walls. Cabaret tables with chequered cloths draw the eye to the obvious focus of the room. A stage, bathed in light with a piano at the centre.
Here, you will experience a variety of jazz styles, with performances displaying Glasgow's vibrant and ever thriving jazz scene, and shows from touring acts from the global jazz world.
Sit back, relax, enjoy one of our tasty cocktails, and get into the groove!
