Description

The Ipswich Maritime Festival in association with Fred Olsen Cruise Lines returns with a splash in August, with even more on the schedule for our celebrations of all thing nautical!

We have a whole weekend of live entertainment on our stage, plus performers displaying their amazing skills on our streets, historical reenactments, and a fireworks display to dazzle you on the Saturday night.

This year’s Maritime Festival will also include a foot ferry and a land train to transport you around the Maritime site! The ride is free but please note we have a limited capacity.

Buckle up your boots and find your sea legs for a weekend of fun on the Waterfront!

Enjoy sumptuous food from around the world in our market or sweet treats from our stalls – there’s something to everyone’s taste!

We’ll be serving a quality selection of real ales as well as all the traditional beers, wines, spirits, ciders and soft drinks. Cheers!

Craft Stalls
Whether you’re getting into the Maritime Festival spirit or sampling the wares of our local traders, there’s something for everyone.
