Recently signed to the Jigsaw Label, AUSTIN GOLD release their debut album “Before Dark Clouds”.

The band of David James Smith (Vocals & Guitar), Lee Churchill (Bass), Russell Hill (Hammond & Keyboards) and Chris Ogden (Drums), have been building a reputation as one of the best live acts around.

The album, as with all the label’s releases, was tracked to analogue tape. Armed with ten original songs and with near-telepathic communication, the band laid down the tightest of rock-solid tracks.

Their melting pot of influences come together to create something that is really very special.

From heavy guitar riffs, to the most delicate heart-felt ballads, from atmospheric sonic landscapes, to hook-driven melodies, this is an album that deserves to be heard.

Stamford's independently managed theatre for the best in live music, theatre and dance.

The Corn Exchange Theatre is located in the heart of Stamford, directly opposite the Browns Hospital on Broad Street, which runs parallel to the Stamford High Street.

The Corn Exchange Theatre is also a short walk from Stamford central bus station, and 10 minute walk over the meadows from the train station.

Parking on Broad Street is free after 6pm daily and free all day on Sundays. Finding a space can be difficult due to its location and popularity.

North Street car park is the largest public car park local to the theatre. The car park functions as a pay and display from 9am - 6pm. after 6pm parking is free.

There are accessible toilets on every level of the building with full disabled and baby changing facilities.

The Theatre Lounge is open for pre-show three course dinners from 5:30pm on selected show dates. Tables must be reserved 3 days prior to show. Our bar is open for pre-show, interval and after show drinks (subject to availability)

Please note. Dates on which shows are on the Box Office will be open later than normal.
