Good time Blues Rock
The Wirebirds feature musicians drawn from around the world: the remote South Atlantic island of St. Helena, the rugged mountains of Montana and wolds of Oxfordshire.
The Wirebirds' music is constantly evolving, but never strays far from our blues roots.
Previously a Coaching Inn, the Royal Oak is now modern and inviting with wooden floors and a neutral colour scheme but has managed to retain it's traditional features. In the warmer weather, you can relax with a drink in our beer garden.
Marlborough town is steeped in history and the Royal Oak is close to many attractions including the burial site of Merlin. Both local regulars and visitors to the area are always welcome so if you are looking for somewhere to have lunch or dinner, or enjoy a good drink in excellent company, the Royal Oak is the place to be.
