Description
Due to its relatively small size, The Picturedrome is the ideal place to enjoy live musical entertainment due to the close proximity to the artists. With a venue capacity of around 650, you can see why music-lovers flock here.
The Picturedrome is full of history, and it shows. It has a built in stage, a sizeable dance floor and a state-of-the-art sound system. The stage is well lit with spot lights creating a perfect atmosphere.
The cinema is equipped with two bars within the main venue (one on each floor) plus a new bar at the back of the premises: The Box Office - the perfect place to meet friends before or after your gig!
Children are welcome at the Picturedrome, but must be accompanied by an adult.
For most concerts doors open at 7.30pm unless stated.
The total capacity of the Picturedrome is only 690, which makes this place a great place to watch bands and films.
Your tickets mention that it is 'standing only' which is because we have no fixed seating at the venue. However, there ARE approx. over 100 (unfixed) seats around the venue, so if you require a seat during a performance please arrive as early as possible.
