Superbly located on the canal basin this spacious pub enjoys many original features with high ceiling, exposed timbers and brick walls housing industrial artefacts, while the feature glass frontage provides a tranquil scene overlooking the water.

Upstairs is a popular restaurant and contemporary art gallery with relaxed attentive service, excellent menu and weekly specials. Telford’s lower area is reserved for its highly regarded music nights. An intimate live setting for (amongst countless others) John Williams, Ed Harcourt, Frank Turner. Ron Sexsmith, Courtnay Pine, Frank Turner, Richie Havens, Catfish & The Bottlemen, Coldplay, Robert Plant, Kathryn Williams, John Martyn and Nitin Sawhney.
