This year sees the return of our beautiful Solstice celebrations.
Fort Royal Park is located south-east of Worcester within the Cathedral Ward of Worcester, with the main entrance being on Wylds Lane. Fort Royal Park is of critical historical significance to the city, as the site of the 1651 Battle of Worcester, the final battle of the English Civil War.
There is now a fantastic new playground in Fort Royal Park, containing innovative play equipment designed for a range of age groups.
The first area for younger children replicates a civil war period farm homestead and will include swings, a slide and small pieces of play equipment for climbing and role play.
