SALT is a micro-brewery on a mission to unify heritage and modern brewing.

Salt began with a simple dream – to brew great craft lager, but evolved into something much greater. Our mission is to produce showstopping hop-forward beers and couple them with an interactive brewery experience.
The name SALT comes from our home, the UNESCO World Heritage village of Saltaire. Our homeland was built by a super-progressive pioneer of worker’s rights in the 1800s. We adopt the same progressive spirit through our modern brewing styles. The inspiration of our forefathers can be seen in our name, throughout our brewery, and the textiles used to name our beers.

The taproom is the ultimate interactive brewery experience. Situated in the heart of the brewery, visitors can enjoy handcrafted SALT beers with the backdrop and theatre of the brewhouse around them. Each stage of the brewing process is on show and sign-posted, you can follow the journey of your pint from raw ingredients to dispense at the bar.
At night the brewery transforms into a contemporary beer hall with resident DJ spinning vinyl soul, funk and hip hop classics. The beer factory doubles up as a live music venue with a state of the art PA system and professionally lit stage.
You can oversee all the action, take in the spectacle of the brewery and play shuffleboard on the Mezz or kick back on the New York Loft.
Our woodfired pizza fires out an everchanging range of sourdough pizzas, beer & pizza….a match made in heaven!
Join us for an unforgettable experience includes brewery tours, new brewery tap, stage, DJ booth, viewing mezzanines, tank beer dispense, gift shop, wood-fired pizza oven. The concept is to produce an interactive brewing experience where customers will be able to sit in the heart of the brewery and enjoy fantastic, locally produced fresh beer.
