Describing Iona Fyfe as a Scottish folksinger is probably doing her an injustice, as the versatility displayed on her new, EP release, Dark Turn of Mind, reflects her grasp and understanding of jazz, Americana and much more. Rock ' n' Reel Magazine.
St. Andrew's Day special! Combined 2-course Scottish meal and music ticket is available at only £20 (saving you at least £5!). You can see the menu at https://my.pcloud.com/publink/show?code=XZ8IVi7ZmM9EQuPr7bjllqhBqbyS5ueouL7X
Standard tickets not including meal are £10. You can always decide to order food on the night, but remember, with special menus, once it's gone, it's gone!
Aberdeenshire folksinger, Iona Fyfe, has become one of Scotland's finest young ballad singers, rooted deeply in the singing traditions of the North East of Scotland. Winner of Scots Singer of the Year at the MG ALBA Scots Trad Music Awards 2018, Iona has been described as one of the best Scotland has to offer. Tonight's gig will also feature Aidan Moodie on guitar.
Note early door time: this is just to ensure we can feed people promptly!
Accessibility info: there is a step up to the pub from the street. The loos are downstairs, but there is a ramp (steep!) to the side of the pub to get you downstairs. Don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions - croydongigs at virginmedia.com (replace "at" with "@"!)
