Fruit Tones
Hailing from Manchester UK, Fruit Tones are three friends bound by that irrepressible urge to have a good time, they're the real deal without any artificial sweetener.
The live show is a force of nature - these fruits can play! We're talking one steam-rolling-mondo-garage thud here, folks! Stomping drums, menacing guitars & vocals that bite.
So get ready for raucous garage punk with an addictive pop sensibility with the sass of the Dolls, the fizz of Four Loco & the looseness of the Stones.
Their 'DEBUT' album 'Natural Selection' was released on June 7th by Greenway Records on vinyl and on cassette from FUZZKILL RECORDS
Like a fruitier version of Black Lips, they leave a long trail of ramshackle riffs behind them. - NME
"Fruit Tones play a blend of wild & thunderous garage punk, given a sweetly shambolic pop touch. Their songs are brief, to the point and every one a potential hit single." Stolen Body Records
The Cretins
The Cretins are a Brighton/South London based 4-piece band, four friends coming together to blend their own brand of snotty garage punk, rock 'n' roll, and pounding rhythm & blues, gelled together by harmonising vocals and an energetic live presence. They take inspiration from the sounds of legendary groups such as The Kinks, Pretty Things, The Gruesomes and The Masonics to name but a few immortalising the music with their own inspired individual tastes.
"Haven't Got A Clue" available now from Dirty Water Records is their debut single, the product of the band's maturity into songwriting. It is but a taster of things to come for one the freshest group to break into the scene in ages.
