JT Soar and Coffee Beat Presents....
A night of the more refined side of lush and noisey art rock...
KAPIL SESHASAYEE (Glasgow)
Taking in influences from Art/Noise Rock to Indian Classical music and beyond, Kapil is a truly talented musician and visual artist based in Glasgow. Since releasing his debut LP - A Sacred Bore he's notched up strongly lauded tours of Canada, visits to SXSW, numerous UK tours, festival appearances and some beautifully documented performances on BBC Radio Scotland. His debut LP, "A Sacred Bore" is a concept album about oppression within the Indian caste system both in India and in diaspora, fusing Indian Classical-inspired guitar playing with electronic flourishes and art rock that touches on everything from Scott Walker to Bjork to Big Black.

CHEAP JAZZ (Derby)
A 16 limbed beast whipping out some of the tightest, most twisted, beautiful and heavy bangers ever heard coming down Brian Clough way...

BENJAMIN LUHIS (Notts)
Brainburp of the very talented Jack Benjamin. Who knows how many of them there's gonna be, it'll be a beaut regardless. Well arranged and expertly played dare I say it, Jazz Fusion tinged mathy art rock...

WHITE SKULL DEATH SNAKES OF DEATH (Notts)
Noisy bunch of lads with a penchant for the obscene... Battering repeato rhythms, dirty pendulous bass bulges, heavy but somehow needle sharp guitar twitches and beguiling poetry lifted from a soggy thesaurus... put simply.. horrible.. I love it..
